Mnoz\u00ed, kdo ji vid\u00ed poprv\u00e9, jen t\u011b\u017eko uv\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e oslavila pades\u00e1tku. Za jej\u00edm vzhledem v\u0161ak nestoj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky ani drastick\u00e9 diety, ale vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, discipl\u00edna a l\u00e1ska k sob\u011b sam\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet\u0159ina denn\u00ed rutina zahrnuje pravideln\u00fd pohyb, zdravou a pestrou stravu plnou \u010derstv\u00fdch potravin, ovoce a zeleniny. Vyh\u00fdb\u00e1 se p\u0159ehnan\u00e9mu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kosmetiky a m\u00edsto toho s\u00e1z\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed produkty. \u201eNepot\u0159ebuji masky ani z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9 kr\u00e9my,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Petra. \u201eD\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je pravidelnost a ka\u017edodenn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de o sebe.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nezapom\u00edn\u00e1 ani na v\u00fdznam kvalitn\u00edho odpo\u010dinku a sp\u00e1nku. \u201eBez dobr\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku bych se nec\u00edtila tak dob\u0159e, jak se c\u00edt\u00edm.
