V t\u011bchto chv\u00edl\u00edch m\u011bla restaurace zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed kouzlo \u2013 tlumen\u00e9 sv\u011btlo lamp se odr\u00e1\u017eelo od nerezov\u00fdch pult\u016f, ve vzduchu byla v\u016fn\u011b \u010derstv\u00fdch bylinek a nezam\u011bniteln\u00fd pocit za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edho dne. Anna to milovala. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety pracovala v mal\u00e9m bistru na kraji m\u011bsta, kde m\u011bla sotva dost m\u00edsta na oto\u010den\u00ed a kde menu tvo\u0159ilo p\u00e1r oby\u010dejn\u00fdch j\u00eddel. P\u0159esto u\u017e tam bylo vid\u011bt, jak pe\u010dliv\u00e1 a odv\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 je. Majitel restaurace ozn\u00e1mil, \u017ee v r\u00e1mci modernizace chce zm\u011bnit koncept podniku \u2013 p\u0159ej\u00edt na jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed menu a rychlej\u0161\u00ed obsluhu. P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela, jestli m\u00e1 odej\u00edt, nebo z\u016fstat a pokusit se p\u0159izp\u016fsobit. Uprost\u0159ed ticha najednou usly\u0161ela cvaknut\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed \u2013 jeden z mlad\u00fdch kucha\u0159\u016f, Petr, se vr\u00e1til. Dr\u017eel v ruce mal\u00fd tal\u00ed\u0159 s neobvyklou kombinac\u00ed: pe\u010denou \u0159epou, slan\u00fdmi mandlemi a om\u00e1\u010dkou z \u010dern\u00e9ho \u010desneku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eZkou\u0161el jsem n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho,\u201c \u0159ekl nesm\u011ble. \u201eNev\u00edm, jestli je to dobr\u00e9\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anna ochutnala. A v ten okam\u017eik uc\u00edtila p\u0159esn\u011b to, co kdysi c\u00edtila ona sama \u2013 tu jiskru kreativity, odvahu ud\u011blat n\u011bco, co nen\u00ed podle pravidel, ale m\u00e1 to du\u0161i. Usm\u00e1la se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJe to skv\u011bl\u00e9,\u201c odpov\u011bd\u011bla. \u201eA v\u00ed\u0161 co? Nebyl to kompromis \u2013 byl to nov\u00fd sm\u011br. A co bylo nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, byl to sm\u011br, kter\u00fd vych\u00e1zel ze srdce cel\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majitel souhlasil. A Anna se stala nejen \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159kou, ale i du\u0161\u00ed restaurace. O n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f pozd\u011bji se podnik za\u010dal objevovat na seznamech nejinovativn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00edst ve m\u011bst\u011b. Lid\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1zeli kv\u016fli nov\u00fdm chut\u00edm, kv\u016fli p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh\u016fm ukryt\u00fdm v ka\u017ed\u00e9m j\u00eddle, kv\u016fli atmosf\u00e9\u0159e, kter\u00e1 byla jin\u00e1 \u2013 up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e1, \u017eiv\u00e1 a lidsk\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Anna? Ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no st\u00e1le p\u0159ich\u00e1zela do kuchyn\u011b jako prvn\u00ed. Otev\u0159ela okno, nadechla se v\u016fn\u011b chladn\u00e9ho vzduchu a usm\u00e1la se. V\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee to, co d\u011bl\u00e1, m\u00e1 smysl.
