Cel\u00fd \u017eivot pro\u017eila na mal\u00e9 chalup\u011b u lesa, kde si p\u011bstovala bylinky, sb\u00edrala houby a va\u0159ila ta nejvo\u0148av\u011bj\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddla, jak\u00e1 si dok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159edstavit. Ale bylo tu jedno zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pravidlo, kter\u00e9ho se dr\u017eela cel\u00fd \u017eivot \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd den, i kdy\u017e zrovna neva\u0159ila \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd recept, va\u0159ila ve vod\u011b strou\u017eek \u010desneku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"588\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/harcum.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1947\" srcset=\"https:\/\/harcum.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-13.png 588w, https:\/\/harcum.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-13-172x300.png 172w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikdy mi ne\u0159ekla pro\u010d. Jen ml\u010dky otev\u0159ela okno, polo\u017eila hrnec na spor\u00e1k a nechala \u010desnek n\u011bkolik minut probubl\u00e1vat. N\u011bkdy ho po uva\u0159en\u00ed vyhodila, jindy si tu vodu odlo\u017eila do hrn\u00ed\u010dku. Bylo to sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jej\u00ed rutiny, stejn\u011b jako rann\u00ed modlitba nebo p\u00e9\u010de o zahradu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po jej\u00ed smrti jsem d\u016fm zd\u011bdil. A kdy\u017e jsem v kuchyni ukl\u00edzel star\u00e9 sklenice a d\u00f3zy, na\u0161el jsem za knihami mal\u00fd se\u0161it s n\u00e1pisem <strong>\u201cPro toho, kdo se pt\u00e1 pro\u010d\u201d<\/strong>. Otev\u0159el jsem ho a uvnit\u0159 byla babi\u010d\u010dina krasopisn\u00e1 pozn\u00e1mka:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cKa\u017ed\u00fd den, kdy va\u0159\u00edm \u010desnek, \u010dist\u00edm n\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fm. Ne jen od nemoc\u00ed, ale od zloby, smutku a starost\u00ed. \u010cesnek nen\u00ed jen na chu\u0165. Je to \u0161t\u00edt.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dal jsem p\u00e1trat, jestli na tom nen\u00ed n\u011bco v\u00edc. A skute\u010dn\u011b \u2013 v lidov\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b i star\u00fdch tradic\u00edch mnoha kultur je \u010desnek pova\u017eov\u00e1n za p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed ochr\u00e1nce. Nejen kv\u016fli sv\u00fdm antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm, ale i jako symbol ochrany p\u0159ed zl\u00fdmi silami. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch vesnic\u00edch se je\u0161t\u011b dnes d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010desnek nad vchodov\u00e9 dve\u0159e nebo se nos\u00ed v kapse b\u011bhem zimy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Babi\u010dka to v\u0161echno v\u011bd\u011bla. A i kdy\u017e nikdy nechodila k doktor\u016fm, byla zdrav\u00e1, \u010dil\u00e1 a klidn\u00e1. Lid\u00e9 ji m\u011bli r\u00e1di. Jej\u00ed d\u016fm byl v\u017edy pln\u00fd tepla a bezpe\u010d\u00ed \u2013 a j\u00e1 si najednou uv\u011bdomil, \u017ee mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b to byl ten tajn\u00fd recept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes i j\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no va\u0159\u00edm strou\u017eek \u010desneku. Ne proto, \u017ee bych \u010dekal z\u00e1zraky. Ale proto, \u017ee chci zachovat kousek t\u00e9 moudrosti, kterou moje drah\u00e1 babi\u010dka p\u0159ed\u00e1vala v tichosti, ka\u017ed\u00fdm pohybem ruky, ka\u017edou v\u016fn\u00ed linouc\u00ed se z kuchyn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mo\u017en\u00e1&#8230; mo\u017en\u00e1 opravdu existuj\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edc, ne\u017e si uv\u011bdomujeme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Moje babi\u010dka Marie byla \u017eena, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsobila nen\u00e1padn\u011b, ale m\u011bla v sob\u011b hlubokou moudrost.
